Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Every PDF is read, edited and saved locally in your browser. The files never leave your device and nothing is sent to any server.

What can I do with it?

Merge several PDFs, split a PDF, reorder pages by dragging, rotate or delete pages, turn images into a PDF, export PDF pages as PNG images, and edit a page by adding text, a whiteout box, a signature image, or filling form fields.

Can I edit the text in a PDF?

You can add new text anywhere, cover existing text with a whiteout box and type over it, add a signature or image, and fill form fields. Reflowing a PDF's existing body text like a word processor is not possible in any browser, so editing here works by overlaying and correcting.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no upload limit because nothing is uploaded. You are limited only by your own device memory.

Merge and organize PDF pages

Drop one or several PDFs and they load into a single grid of page thumbnails. Drag any page to reorder it, click the icons to rotate or delete a page, and hit Export PDF to save the result. Combining two PDFs is just dropping both and exporting. Everything runs locally, so there is no upload wait and no size cap.

Split a PDF or export selected pages

Click pages to select them, then Export selected to save just those as a new PDF, or Split to files to save every page as its own PDF. Perfect for pulling one page out of a long document.

Convert images to PDF and PDF to images

Drop PNG or JPG files and they become PDF pages you can reorder alongside the rest, great for turning photos or scans into a single PDF. Going the other way, PDF to images renders each page as a high resolution PNG.

Add text, whiteout and sign a PDF

Click the pencil on any page to open the editor. Add text anywhere and drag it into place, drop a whiteout box over something and type new text on top to fix a date or a name, or add an image such as a signature or logo. If the PDF has fillable form fields, use Fill form to type into them and flatten the result. Note that reflowing a document's existing body text is not something any browser can do cleanly, so this focuses on overlaying and correcting, which covers the everyday cases.
